Workshop description

Stat-Mech in Créteil is a recurrent statistical mechanics workshop organized by members of the LAMA probability team.

This edition will focus on the contact process and other related models (oriented percolation, random graphs...).It is a fundamental model of statistical mechanics, both in terms of the richness of its theoretical study and its possible applications to epidemiology and communication networks. This probabilistic model was introduced in the 1970s, and has recently enjoyed renewed interest, particularly in random structures. Its study involves branching processes, percolation, random graphs, trees).
